Questions and answers about downloading software or updates after a purchase
Where can I download my purchased software or updates of the software?
On our web-page you can download the TRIAL version of our software. This versions are not the productive software-versions you use for activation if you bought the software!
There are two ways to download the (latest) software versions:
If you bought the software in our online-shop, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to download the purchase-version of the software. So we recommend to archive the e-mail. Keep in mind that the serial-no is a very important number identifying your purchase!
Another way to get the download and also updates of the software is using the "My Software" page. To access the "My software" page you first have to create an user-account on our web-page (or log-in if you have created already). Register your product using the serial-no of your product (sent by e-mail at the time you bought it).
Afterwards you will get access to the "My Software" page on which you have the possibility to download your products or latest updates or can deactivate already activated software (e.g. if you have no access to the computer or installation anymore to free all available activation and use them again).
In all other situations, please contact us via our support-page.
I cannot activate the plug-in I loaded from your web-page. There's no activation dialog!
That's right. On our web-page (on the "Download" page), you have the possibility to download the TRIAL versions only.
Our trial versions are not purchase-versions and cannot be activated!
